The Arbor Room has been an artist's studio and, prior to that, a kitchen! In the back of the house off the family room, it is one of our most comfortable rooms.
This large bedroom with its fireplace, mantle, antique wardrobe, and queen bed invites you to relax and stay awhile. Plantation shutters, ceiling fan, and a private, screened veranda with chaise offer just the right touches for comfort and relaxation.
The adjoining private bath features a newly installed, modern shower and large, marble-topped vanity. The finished slices of tree trunk, from a large oak that once graced the front yard, offer a decorative fireplace screen that inspired the name for this bedroom.
