Reservations

A reservation is not considered completed until Grace House sends a confirmation email and invoice. Online reservation inquiries and room availability can be accessed through our website by clicking here, by email, or by calling Grace House at 571-286-8411.

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is often required when the reservation confirmation and invoice are received. The remaining balance is due four months prior to your arrival. If your arrival is in less than four months, please remit the entire amount upon receipt of the invoice. Payment should be made by check or Zelle transfer.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and may be based on the ability to re-book the room. 

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in time is from 3:00 to 4:00 pm. Early check-ins may be accommodated when possible. No check-ins after 4:00 pm unless prior arrangement is made. Check-out time is 10:00 am. Late check-outs will be accommodated when possible.

Smoking & Candles

Smoking is prohibited at all times in Grace House. The use of candles or any type of open flame is also prohibited.

Pets

We do not allow pets in guest rooms or on the property.

Security & Personal Property

Please lock the door of your room if you are out and take the key with you. Grace House is not responsible for loss or damage of your valuables during your stay.

Parking

Please park diagonally on the gravel lot beside the house.  If there are no available spots beside the house, you may park in the front drive. Be sure to lock your vehicle. Grace House is not responsible for any theft or damage to your vehicle during your stay.

Evacuation & Emergency

In the case of an emergency please call 911 immediately, alert other guests, and proceed quickly to the nearest exit. Fire extinguishers are located on each floor.

Breakfast

A full breakfast is served at 8:30 AM daily in the dining room. If you have a conflict with this time or have any food allergies, please notify the Innkeepers. Breakfast is complimentary and cannot be refunded or substituted.
